​Essential Functions:

• Ensure overall safety of children in the classroom and outside.

• Implement the HighScope curriculum through intentional lesson planning.

• Document child observations using COR.

• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed daily.

• Implement positive classroom management.

• Effective communication with families, children, and staff

• Attend and participate in all staff meetings.

• Comply with licensing rules, regulations, and procedures.

• Takes over all cooking responsibilities when Nutritional Director is absent.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a CDA; college degree preferred.

• Background Check

• TB Test

• Willing to complete onboarding trainings.

• Reliable Transportation

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

Shift Details/Pay Rate:

Full-Time

$16-$18 per hour
