​Essential Functions:

• Provides assistance to the Lead Teacher in all functions of the classroom

• Document child activity daily 

• Ensure safety of children in and out of the classroom.

• Ensure the classroom is engaging and developmentally age appropriate

• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed daily

• Attend and participate in all staff meetings.

• Comply with licensing rules, regulations, and procedures.

• Takes over lead teacher responsibilities when the Lead Teacher is absent.

Requirements:

• Background Check (paid for by Stepping Stones of Grosse Ile)

• TB Test

• Willing to complete onboarding trainings

• Reliable Transportation

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 pounds.

Shift Details/Pay Rate:

Part-Time 

Days Vary

$14-$16 per hour
